When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your delivery.

Are Carol's Daughter products sulfate-free?

Yes, many of our collections, including the best-selling Black Vanilla and Goddess Strength lines, are formulated without sulfates, parabens, or artificial colors to maintain the health of your hair.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
